A fabulous?labradorite stick pin?from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This unique?piece?consists of a labradorite devil's head?at the top of?a 15kt rose gold stick pin.?The 3-dimensional carving displays incredible facial features, including two pointed horns, a furrowed brow, and long nose.?Two sparkling red garnets represent its eyes, and a long,?gold?tongue dangles?sideways?out of a grinning mouth. The labradorite exhibits?a marvelous grey-green color, with soft iridescent properties and a smoothly polished?finish. When turned in the light, it?reveals vivid flashes of color, including bright blue, green, and deep violet. The carving is attached to a long,?straight?stick pin, with several twisted details at the center. A?fantastic antique piece, it would make a special addition to any collection!
